Antonio ‘Tony’ Martinez and Raul Morales first met in 2000 while studying at St. Thomas University College of Law. Through the years, they found themselves time and again working together - or on opposing sides - as counsel for clients. It was this continued match up that opened conversations about the legal ecosphere of South Florida. They realized they share core beliefs and a desire to build a different kind of law firm — one in which they build personal bonds with clients as they successfully tackle the most challenging and complex legal issues.

In 2014, they formed Martinez Morales. With deep roots in South Florida, the firm understands the economic and financial factors that affect the business community. Priding themselves on accessibility to partners and staff, they are sensitive to clients’ business concerns and are committed to delivering strategic advice and practical solutions. 

About the Partners

The head of our transactional practice, Tony Martinez handles a wide array of complex commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses and assets. He supports clients in real property project development, commercial business and real estate loans, title insurance and related corporate entity formation and work.

The head of our litigation practice, Raul Morales practices in the areas of complex business, real property, construction litigation, condominium litigation, first-and-third-party insurance litigation and personal injury. He also practices in the area of banking, creditor's rights and community association law. He represents lenders and developers alike.
