Antonio L. Martinez

Antonio ‘Tony’ Martinez is a transactional attorney and partner at Martinez Morales. He cofounded the firm with Raul Morales in 2014. His experience lies in property transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, businesses and assets. Tony also represents national corporate clients and private individuals in all phases of real property project development. He has also represented national lending institutions in document preparation, negotiation and closings of commercial business and real estate loans.
Tony began his career at the high-volume boutique real estate law firm Machado & Herran where he conducted real estate closings and managed the various closing offices in five cities throughout Florida. He also managed the policy, accounting and post-closing departments. He then went out on his own and established the Law Offices of Antonio L. Martinez which evolved into Martinez & Morales when he joined forces with his partner, Raul Morales.
Tony and his wife have three daughters. Tony enjoys boating and personal fitness.
Education
Tony received his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law as well as his B.A. from Florida International University. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the St. Thomas University Law Alumni Association.
