At the core of our transactional work, we represent buyers and sellers in real estate acquisitions and sales, provide institutional lender representation, title insurance and counsel clients through operating, shareholder, joint venture and partnership agreements. 

Led by transactional attorney, Antonio “Tony” Martinez, the practice began with real estate title insurance and real property loan transactions. From there, growth was natural into commercial leasing and project development, purchase and sale real estate matters and agreements for entity documentation to assist a business through a deal. Future growth is staked on national lending institution clients and in the real estate project development space.
